Exchange Policy and Store Credit

We do not accept returns. However, we offer exchanges or store credit within 10 days of the product's arrival date under the conditions outlined below:

Conditions for items to be eligible for an exchange or store credit:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original form with all tags and labels intact.
• Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange or store credit:

• Gift cards
• Clearance or sale items
• Accessories (including but not limited to jewelry and handbags)

Exchange and Store Credit Process

To initiate an exchange or store credit:

• Contact us within 10 days of receiving your item. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for the exchange. Our team will guide you through the exchange or store credit process, including instructions for returning the item to us.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange or store credit. If the requested item is out of stock for an exchange, we will offer an alternative item of equal value or a store credit.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item for an exchange or store credit.
• In cases where the exchange or store credit is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
